Their check-in policy is earlier than most other places 10am. But even with that, they still let me check-in another two hours earlier. Room was big and clean, with separate living room and bedroom. Sofa was comfy and the tv had at least six English channels.

Very much as advertised! Location is right next to the bus station, which is why we chose it. Food options are right nearby. Spacious and comfortable enough, clean. Wifi worked okay from the living/kitchen area but not at all from the bedroom, and not well enough for working on video calls or anything. There are no amenities in the kitchen (no kettle, bowls, etc) which others have noted. So it is fine for a night or a couple, if you want to stay longer you’ll need your own things!

The room is spacious like a one bedroom + one living room with bathroom. Aircon is working very well, nothing to complain of. The lady at the reception and cleaning maid are both nice. Please be paitence with them as they speak little to no english. Use google translate simple sentence would get you through. 5 mins walk away from terminal 2 and 3. Surrounding area is not touristy therefore not recommended for those looking for a place to explore. Stay at the old city is better for those who is out to explore.

Booked to be close to the bus stop and was much nicer than we thought it was going to be and great value for money. Staff was friendly, room was clean and large, and the bed was super comfy. Even got the sun shining in onto the bed in the morning which was lovely.

I like almost everything of this aplartment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is good. Location is good for me.

Location location location. Stayed with 2 small children. We had to catch an early Green bus from Terminal 3 and the hotel was a 1 min walk away. They had private off street parking so we could leave our car parked overnight for the rental company Budget Catcher to collect in the morning.

Perfect location if you’re traveling via bus the next day! Rooms are very nice. Big and spacious, bright , clean. Great value for money
